History: Los Bagels owner, Dennis Rael, wanted a healthy, salt-free bread for his Mom. So, Martin Mondragon our long-term baker of 11 years, came up with this wonderful recipe. Incorporating a number of grains including barley, wheat, rye, millet and corn, this bread warms the senses and fills the belly with whole grain goodness. Better than wonderbread!
Uses: Great for any kind of sandwich, croutons, french toast and fondue dipping.
Description: Salt-free, dairy-free, moist, light & flavorful.
Ingredients: high gluten flour, whole wheat flour, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, yeast, molasses, honey, soy oil, water, yeast, six-grain mixcorn meal, six-grain mix (corn, barley, triticale, millet, wheat & rye), molasses and cocoa powder.
