Ibarra Mexican Chocolate

History: Ibarra (say ee-bar-ah) is a traditional Mexican style sweet chocolate that creates a cocoa that is rich and creamy with subtle underlying flavors of almonds and cinnamon. Wonderfully different.

Uses: Mix with coffee for a Mexican Mocha or use in baking for cakes, cookies and icings. Make a chocolate sauce and drizzle on ice cream, bananas and nuts for a different kind of sundae.
