Jalapeno Jelly

Perta -aka Patricia Senot - was one of Los Bagels original employees. Although she’s no longer in the food business (she’s now an acclaimed local artist) her jelly lives on. Made by Mad River Farms from fresh ingredients, including peppers and sugar, this jelly is a great compliment to meat. It’s also good on hummus, guacamole, carrots or Cypress Grove Chevre.
