If Humboldt County had an official sauce, this would be it. Larrupin sauce is a Swedish-style, sweet mustard sauce originally made by the world famous Larrupin Café in Trinidad. This sauce is an excellent addition to any of our fish sandwiches (especially lox), but customers seem to put it on everything, including walnuts and raisins, peanut butter and, rumor has it, rice crispies. It is also an incredible marinade for salmon on the grill.
13 oz jar.
Tip: It costs about the same to ship four or five jars, as it does to ship one or two.

Larrupin Dill Sauce by Tammy Wilson I first tried the Larrupin Dill Sauce a couple of years ago on my way through Humboldt county from WA state. I was bummed that I was unable to walk down the street for another jar. I have since moved but still too far from Los Bagels. I did a quick web search and to my surprise I found out that I can order online. It felt like Christmas. I was so excited that I immediately placed my order and now awaiting for my order to arrive. I absolutely enjoy the Larrupin Dill Sauce. Thank you for making it possible to enjoy this great product from hundreds of miles away. |

Um, excuse me, but if you've lived in Humboldt County you have been to Los Bagels (Or Larrupin' for someone's Anniversary, Birthday or Graduation) and tried this lovely sweet sauce as a topping on some bread product. But if you have never been, try this on a bagel w/ cream cheese and onions. Then the next time- you can start adding things like smoked salmon or tomatoes... |

I recently moved to Ohio and was shocked to see you can order it online! HALLELUJAH!!! I immediately stocked up! Although shipping pricing is kind of ridiculious, but it's worth it! |
| Larrupin Dill Sauce Best sauce ever! My family first had Larrupin's Dill Sauce with a delicious pate at their restaurant north of Trinidad. Living in Humboldt, it was easy to get, but when I moved to Upstate NY, I couldn't find anything as good. I tried several times to duplicate this recipe, but just couldn't get it right! So now, I just order it online. It is worth every penny...I use it in all kinds of recipes, from salads to chicken to the best grilled cheese sandwiches, and on bagels, of course...Still missing Los Bagels turkey, swiss and Larrupin on a plain bagel! 6 stars from me!
